I believe that the individual starting point should be equality, an equal chance to face this one life we have and get what we think we should out of it. Then it shall be our choices, our decisions that conform a path that differences each of us. The way I think we can approach to this equality objective is justice, and I believe that justice should be inspired, based and limited to fairness.
