Terms for Aspiration Platform & AspirationMixer sessions

1. Who you contract with

2. The Open Aspirations Commons (Free Public Directory)
Browsing the Open Aspirations Commons, using the interactive Mixer Sandbox and Implementation-Intention Builder, and submitting an aspiration for listing are free of charge. Public aspirations are provided for general information and direct peer-to-peer connection; Humanity Solutions does not act as an agent or guarantor for any third-party organisation listed in the directory. Visitors must not use listed contact channels for unsolicited bulk spam.
3. Who can book a paid AspirationMixer session
Facilitated AspirationMixer sessions are offered to organisations, enterprises, cooperatives, practitioners and nonprofits. We do not contract paid sessions with government bodies.
4. What a facilitated session includes
Digital: a 90-minute facilitated online session for up to 50 participants, €900 excl. VAT (€1,089 incl. 21% VAT), including a written summary of all stated aspirations, up to three shared ambitions, agreed first steps, and a check-back date.
In person: quoted upfront in writing per group size and location, including on-site facilitation and the written summary.
5. Fee and payment
We confirm the fee in a written quote and invoice it. Payment term: payment within 14 days of the invoice date.
6. Rescheduling and cancellation
You can reschedule free of charge up to 7 days before the session. If you cancel within 7 days of the session, 50% of the fee is due.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the session concerned, except in case of intent or gross negligence (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid).
8. Law and courts
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in The Hague (Rechtbank Den Haag).
